Understanding ACC Coverage
ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation) funds treatment for injuries that occur in New Zealand - from sports injuries to workplace accidents and everyday mishaps.
If your condition is injury-related, you are likely covered. You do not need a GP referral. ACC initial appointments are $50 and follow-ups are just $40.
For non-injury conditions (such as chronic pain, postural issues, or medical exercise prescription), private appointments are $95.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. You can book directly with us. We will assess whether ACC applies at your first appointment and handle the ACC claim on your behalf if appropriate.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated. If you have any recent scans, X-rays, or a referral letter, please bring those along. Allow around 45-60 minutes for your initial assessment.
We are a registered ACC provider and can treat most ACC-covered conditions. If you are unsure whether your condition is covered, give us a call before booking and we will advise you.
Yes - we strongly encourage continuity of care and will try to book you with the same physiotherapist throughout your treatment.
Yes. TeleHealth consultations are available on both ACC and private rates, at the same fee as in-person appointments.
